Yana Hempler is a certified personal trainer, competitive long distance runner, running coach, author of Hit The Ground Running: Improve Your Cardiovascular Fitness, Remain Injury-free and Lose Weight , and published fitness writer. She is an accomplished runner with multiple age-group podium finishes under her belt. Some of Yana’s clients have lost upwards of 40 lbs and improved their 10k and half marathon times by more than 20 minutes. In June of 2013, she ran the entire length of Vancouver Island in aid of 3 local charities. Yana has been seen on CHEK News, CTV News, Victoria News and much more. Her goal is to inspire people to reach their full potential.
